Stage B of the 1st Call for Common Project Proposals under the Interreg (VI-A) IPA CBC “Greece-Albania” 2021-2027

IMPORTANT UPDATE!!!

There has been a couple of slight modifications in the Annex 3 – JoBC file whose revised version can be found here and Annex 4 – Justification of Budget Costs – Project Beneficiaries’ Guidebook, whose revised version can be found here . In addition, there is a new version of the MIS manual Annex 16 here.

The Managing Authority of the Interreg (VI-A) IPA CBC “Greece-Albania” 2021-2027 is launching Stage B of the 1st Call for Common Projects, with a substantial budget of € 17,319 million.

The total budget for each project will range from € 700.000 to € 1.5 million, as approved in Stage A. Within this framework, the EU contribution is 80% of the project’s total eligible costs, while the project’s national co-financing is 20% of the total eligible costs.

Following the final MC decisions regarding the assessment results of Stage A, 56 potential Lead Beneficiaries of the 70 approved Concept Notes are admitted to Stage B.

The selected Lead Beneficiaries (as outlined in Annex II of the Call) along with the respective partnership schemes, are invited to submit the detailed Project Proposal (Application Form with all mandatory documents) exclusively via MIS (Management Information System).

Potential Applicants are encouraged to consult carefully:

– the Application Package / Supporting documents & guides here,

in order to understand the terms of the Call and draft their detailed proposals.

The dates for the submission of the Application Form via MIS are:

– from 21/02/2025 (start date for submission of proposals), time 09:00 Greek local time (CET+1)

– until 07/04/2025 (deadline for submission of proposals), time 17:00 Greek local time (CET+1) at the latest.
