The European Commission has announced an extension for two exciting opportunities under the New European Bauhaus (NEB) initiative. The deadline for applications has been extended to 21 February 2025 at 19:00 CET, providing more time for potential applicants to refine their submissions.
Why apply?
The NEB Prizes 2025 are designed to reward 22 exceptional existing projects and innovative concepts developed by young talents. These prizes celebrate projects that embody the core values of the New European Bauhaus: sustainability, aesthetics, and inclusiveness. Four special prizes will also be awarded to EU projects that are making a real difference in providing affordable housing solutions. Projects implemented in the EU, Western Balkans, and Ukraine are eligible to apply.
The NEB Boost for Small Municipalities will spotlight 20 projects led by small municipalities within EU Member States. If your municipality is driving positive change through community-led initiatives that align with the NEB values, we encourage you to apply!
Winners of both initiatives will receive a significant monetary prize of up to €30,000, providing crucial funding to further develop your impactful projects. In addition, you’ll benefit from a comprehensive communication package, offering invaluable exposure and recognition for your work on a European stage.
