The “EpirusMedEye” project will implement a comprehensive Communication Plan to ensure visibility, transparency, and dissemination of results. The plan will be structured around key milestones aligned with project phases, targeting local communities, health professionals, policymakers, and cross-border stakeholders. i. Structure: The Communication Plan will span the entire 24-month project timeline, with milestones linked to major activities such as the launch of telemedicine services, training events, and pilot evaluations. A detailed timetable will define actions per semester, with periodic reviews to adapt communication needs. ii. Information and Publicity Measures: A multilingual project website will serve as the central information hub, complemented by active social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn). Info-days and open-day events will engage local communities and healthcare professionals. Printed promotional materials (leaflets, USBs, posters) and branded items will raise awareness across regions. A final project booklet and promotional videos will showcase achievements and impacts. iii. Means of Communication: Communication will utilize both digital and traditional media channels. Social media campaigns will target general and professional audiences. Project updates, testimonials, and success stories will be disseminated via newsletters, press releases, and interviews. Visual content (videos, infographics) will enhance outreach and engagement. iv. Promotion of Results: At the European level, results will be shared via Interreg platforms and relevant EU health and digital forums. Nationally, the project will liaise with ministries and health authorities in both Greece and Albania. Regionally, the project’s visibility will be ensured through partnerships with local municipalities and medical associations. Results will be presented in conferences, webinars, and policy roundtables to promote replication and policy uptake.
