The 1st Call for Common Project Proposals of Interreg VI-A IPA III CBC “Greece-Albania 2021-2027” was successfully closed on 3 April at 14:00 pm Greek local time.
During the procedure and after the closure, the MA/JS received in total 154 concept note proposals with a total proposed budget of 176.572.517,26 EUR, which exceeds the Call budget ( 17.319.062,50 EUR ) by more than 10 times.
The allocation per Priority Axes is as follows:
Priority Axis 1 – Supporting transition to greener and more resilient crossborder regions -> 71 proposals with a total budget of 81.138.309,22 EUR (for the allocated budget of 7.558.437,50 EUR)
Priority Axis 2 – Improving accessibility in the cross-border area -> 6 proposals with a total budget of 8.233.441,94 EUR (for the allocated budget of 3.448.125,00 EUR)
Priority Axis 3 – Fostering sustainable cross-border economic and social development -> 77 proposals with a total budget of 87.200.766,10 EUR (for the allocated budget of 6.312.500,00 EUR)
