7th Written Procedure: Approval of the table of the “Assessment Results” of the Concept Notes, containing all essential information related to each Concept Note received for the 1^st Call for common project proposals.

For convenience. a report contining facts and figures regarding the Stage A of the assessment was included.

8th Written Procedure: Approval of Table of Final Assessment Results of the Concept Notes under the 1^st Call for Common Project Proposals, as it was formed following the examination of the submitted complaints by the Joint Complaints Committee and the re-evaluation of the related Concept Notes.

9th Written Procedure: Approval of the Terms of Reference of the 1st Call for Common Projects Proposals for Stage B, the Applicants’ Package and the Timetable of the Planned Calls

10th Written Procedure: Approval of the Targeted Project of Strategic Importance “Circular Economy Park” – “CIRCLE” under the 2nd Targeted Call for Proposals

11th Written Procedure: Approval of the Targeted Project of Strategic Importance “Introducing digital tools for monitoring waste management in urban areas” – “DIGITAL” under the 3rd Targeted Call for Proposals.

15th Written Procedure: Approval of 4th Targeted Call for Strategic Project Proposals and the Applicant’s Package

16th Written Procedure: Approval of the Operation of Strategic Importance “SMART solutions for resilient low-pollution CITIES” – “SMART CITIES” under the 4^th Targeted Call for Strategic Project Proposal “Smart Cities”

17th Written Procedure: Approval of the updated project proposal for the project MINOR-MED under the 1st Call for Common Project proposals – Stage B, follwing the replaclement letter pursuant to the 3rd Monitoring Committee Decisions.

18th Written Procedure: Approval by the MC for the revision of the Evaluation Plan, and particularly the extension of the completion date for the “Evaluation during the Implementation of CP 2021-2027 including communication activities” from October 2026 to March 2027. This adjustment provides: a) the projects with a sufficient timeframe for implementation throughout the full year of 2026, and b) the Programme with the required data to effectively conduct the Implementation Evaluation. The updates are reflected in the revised Evaluation Timetable (v.4).

19th Written Procedure: Approval of 5th Targeted Call for Strategic Project Proposals and the Applicant’s Package

20th Written Procedure: Approval of the launch of the 6^th and 7^th Open Calls for Small Scale Project proposals, respectively under the S.O.2.7 and S.O.4.6.

New annexes have been developed and incorporated into the Applicant’s Package, reflecting the specific nature and characteristics of Small-Scale Projects:

A Guidance document on Small-Scale Projects to assist potential applicants in developing the Small-Scale Project (SSP) proposals.
A new Project Selection Methodology for Small-Scale Projects (Annex 13b)
A new version of Annex 3a-Justification of Budget for Small-Scale projects, adjusted to the specificities of the Calls and the related Guide to assist the partnerships in building the project’s budget
A new Annex 15c_Selection Criteria for Small-Scale projects under the Specific Objective 2.7
A new Annex 15d_Selection Criteria for Small-Scale projects under the Specific Objective 4.6

Furthermore, the documents that have been amended are:

the Programme and Project Implementation Manual (PPIM), including updates on the references to Small-Scale projects and the contents of the Applicant’s Package-Annexes. Points to be validated appear in track changes in the document.
the Rules of Procedure of the Joint Complaints Committee, expanding the scope of the process to Small-Scale Projects and OSIs and clarifying the procedure described under art.5. Points to be validated are highlighted in yellow in the document.
